In depth

Verdict

BOITRON won his first three starts as a juvenile for Richard Hannon and achieved a rating of 107 after a close fourth in a Group 1 at Longchamp. He disappointed in his second season and has joined Denis Hogan but still has a mark of 100, 19lb higher than anything else here with Paddy Harnett's claim to aid his cause. For The Trees is next best in the ratings having scored twice and she ran in strong handicap company in her last two races while Whoareyouanyway landed a Dundalk nursery on his fourth start in December and will be better for his run a month ago at Gowran. The selection's yard also run seven-times winner Lincoln, who landed a course and distance handicap in July, and though he was two lengths behind Truebo at the Curragh, he is much better off at the weights.
