This was run over 2m5f last year and Vodka Society sluiced home by 15l. Not surprisingly the assessor took a dim view and raised him 16lb which should have put paid to any chance of a repeat. I'm Not Alone also shot up the weights after scoring at Tipperary in July and is now 11lb higher, as is STEALTHY TOM (NAP) for a convincing victory at Killarney. However, the latter was eased right down and is still on the upgrade so looks the one to beat. Earths Furies showed his first sign of ability at Downpatrick though was still beaten 15l so Cailean's Angel looks more of a threat. Gavin Cromwell's mare, three-times a winner over hurdles, didn't get the run of the race at Galway in September but was still beaten less than four lengths.
