Champoleon has come up against a couple of smart performers in his two runs over fences, though that looks the case again today. Sutton Manor was just behind him when both made their debuts at Galway then came up against a pair of promising types at Punchestown. Jack Kennedy rides the latter whose yard is also represented by The Storyteller, a very progressive hurdler making his chasing debut. Tinos Tank did much better when runner-up to Magic Of Light over the track and trip last month but will probably need more here as LIVELOVELAUGH looks a potentially useful recruit to fences. Willie Mullins' charge, a winning point-to-pointer, did well to win a bumper and score twice over timber as chasing was always likely to be his game and he can make a successful start.
