Verdict

A maiden winner at Navan in April, Flat To The Max was a hot favourite on his jumping debut at Ballinrobe but unseated his rider at the first. He’ll probably be backed to recoup losses here but this looks a well-contested affair with stablemate Viscount Wilson also worth a second look and Humaniste very interesting given he had winning form on the Flat in France and raced at a decent level. DAWN HOOFER didn’t do much wrong on her hurdles bow at Punchestown last month when she just found the experience of Smiling Eliza too much. Paul Nolan’s filly will know more today and Bryan Cooper is in the saddle again. Got Trumped would be worth a market check if getting a run for his reserve spot and, likewise, Uluru Park.
