Verdict
Old Soul landed a beginners' chase at Clonmel in April and may have been feeling the effects when well beaten ten days later. The ultra-consistent Galon De Vauzelle keeps going up without winning while Goodnightngodbless is 13lb higher than when gaining his only victory in 30 starts over fences at Wexford. C'EST QUELQU'UN made a mistake at the last at Downpatrick and was joined on the line to dead-heat. He's been raised 7lb but still looks fairly treated and can go in again. Nobody Home pops up every now and then and has dropped to a lowly mark while Sweet Will is very well handicapped on his hurdles form.
