Father Jed has been a flag-bearer for John Ryan this summer and looks the best of his trainer's trio here. However, he was ten lengths behind FAVORI LOGIQUE at Ballinrobe in September and though the latter could only finish a close third behind Arrycan over the course and distance last time he lost a shoe during the race and can turn the tables. Turbo has been racing over much shorter but he's won over 2m6f so the distance shouldn't be a problem. Direct Image is up 8lb for completing a double at Punchestown but that's hardly likely to rule out a hat-trick and Michael O'Sullivan again takes the ride. The veteran Vodka Society turned the clock back when a 66/1 chance here a week ago and a similar effort would see him in the firing-line.
