Verdict

FIVE BAR BRIAN has transferred to Willie Mullins after finishing runner-up at Newcastle in December 2017 when trained by Tim Reed. He should be ready for this despite a long absence and should have the edge over The Priests Leap, though the latter will certainly have come on for his debut. Johngus was beaten a long way at Limerick while I A Connect is bred to be a staying hurdler. Harry Alonzo should have more pace than most of these but wouldn't want any more rain.
