Not much to go on here but LIGHT BRIGADE can get off the mark. He would probably have won but for a last-flight fall at Limerick in November and ran well in a better race on a return visit last month. Purdey's Gift, one of two Gordon Elliott entries, won at Wolverhampton for Andrew Balding and had a run for new connections at Dundalk in November so should be fit enough. Stable companion Fields Of Dreams, a winner on the Flat for Roger Charlton, fell on his hurdling debut and may have been feeling the effects when well beaten at Leopardstown but Lyla Garrity ran quite well on her debut in a Ballinrobe bumper.
