Verdict

The beginners event in which Solstice Knight finished runner-up to Sports Line at Navan in November 2009 hasn't quite worked out as expected but Edward O'Grady's lightly-raced eight-year-old still looks a very nice prospect and he's one to keep an eye on. Mick The Tooth was taking on something special when runner-up to Flat Out over hurdles at Sligo in May and should make a chaser but ARABELLA BOY should finally get off the mark over fences. Enda Bolger's charge has been racing over much further with his close third behind Thegreatjohnbrowne at Punchestown in October looking the best form on view here. Sam Adams was beaten a distance by the latter in a Grade 3 the following month and looks well held by the selection.
