In depth

Verdict

Missyspet is still on the upgrade despite her defeat when attempting a hat-trick at Down Royal. Her two previous victories came over this track and trip and she didn't enjoy dropping back to the minimum last time but still managed to stay on into third. She had AUNT NORA just under two lengths behind when gaining the first of her victories on New Year's Day but the latter, who has since gone one better, has the advantage at today's weights and should come out on top. The lightly-raced Killultagh Sarah makes her handicap debut and can go well as she was taking on a couple of useful performers at Thurles where she had Oscar'swan a long way behind. The latter dropped back to the minimum trip last time and ran much better.
