In depth

Verdict

Plenty of runners but only three with realistic chances. SHOWBUSINESS, who had a couple of runs on the Flat in France last summer, just failed to catch Coltor in what looked a strong race at Naas three weeks ago and looks the one to beat. Halifax, who was well supported that day, was only around 3 lengths behind so is greatly respected while Coventry, by Galileo out of Irish Oaks winner Moonstone and related to numerous Group winners on the Flat, couldn't get close to an odds-on winner at Punchestown but had the remainder, including Zanavi. well beaten.
