    In depth

    Verdict

Psycho's participation means almost half of this field will be forced to carry more than their allotted weight. Tony Martin's 10-year-old beat Osana at Naas in November but isn't easy to catch right nowadays. All of Fosters Cross' recent form has been over hurdles while Mansony doesn't look the force of old and Cuan Na Grai returns from a prolonged absence. Dev could be the pick of those near the foot of the handicap but he fell at Aintree last time when SCOTSIRISH finished an honourable third behind Always Waining. Provided that experience hasn't taken too much out of him, Willie Mullins' 10-year-old can return to winning ways here and enhance his trainer's terrific record in the race. Made In Taipan has his sights lowered and may be the pick of the remainder.
