Verdict

Patrick Mullins came in for praise after steering a wide path on Honeys Joy at Thurles as he appeared to get the better ground. His mount came home full of running and will be difficult to beat but the concession of 9lb to WHISTLE DIXIE, which includes David Mullins' claim, may prove beyond her. Gordon Elliott's mare, a bumper winner in March, is closely related to Kicking King and looked a very nice prospect when scoring at Limerick last month where the consistent Ma Garrett was 6l back in third. Kris Kindle, who has finished behind both the main hopes, is well held and Hello Sweetie hasn't progressed from her opening run. Highly Exclusive is a very interesting newcomer as she's the fifth foal of a mare who has already produced four winners on the Flat.
