Verdict

Max Do Brazil is a gelding of potential who has been with the Pipe team well over two years now but remains difficult to get a handle on. He may have too much class for his rivals but is hard to be fully confident about. The consistent Pray For A Rainbow could be well suited by this sharper track after mixing hurdling and chasing this year and should be competitive down to a mark of 85 - a career-low figure over fences. Hartside and MRS VONN were only separated by half a length when finishing one-two the last day at Hexham but the latter can turn the tables here with revised weights in her favour. She's also the more likely of the pair to handle the step up to 3m.
