Verdict
Walsingham Grange scored on heavy going at Bangor and though narrowly beaten by Gregarious at Towcester last time can take revenge on this less demanding going. The winner, who was returning from a spell over fences, looks certain to be thereabouts again but Ashkoul makes his handicap debut under a big weight. ARDMAYLE scored at Leicester in January but was never jumping with any fluency at Southwell a month ago. He'll need to put in a better round but looks well enough handicapped to return to winning ways. Polly's Pursuit disappointed at Exeter last time but her earlier run at Doncaster would put her in the picture.
