    Verdict

Clondaw Westie was engaged yesterday at Leicester. Senior Citizen made a promising start over fences at Doncaster and has been left on the same mark. Rizzardo was a very easy winner at Huntingdon but generally had the run of the race and is unlikely to be given the same leeway by these. POOKIE PEKAN was in good form in the autumn and travels down from the Borders after a short break. His experience should ensure he handles this sharp track and tricky fences. Commis D'Office has gone backwards since second at Chepstow a year ago.
