In depth

Verdict

Despite an ordinary debut under Rules last year, there is likely to be much more to come from points winner Switch Hitter. He cost £120,000 and his yard is going great guns. But HERE COMES JOHNNY, also a points winner, should provide stiff opposition having got outpaced over 2m in a bumper at Market Rasen last month. The Weasel led for a long way in a Ffos Las bumper but was soon beaten while an even longer trip is likely to suit Elmdale.
