He also finished second to subsequent Grade 1 winner Stage Star over this trip at Newbury and can be excused his latest run over 3m at Doncaster as he didn’t get home. Peejaybee is a big danger on his nine-length victory in a novices' handicap at Sandown as he is still improving. Loughderg Rocco gets 12lb from that pair and has his sights lowered, though looks a chaser in the making.
