In depth

Verdict

Flash Cummins can win and continue what could promise to be a good day for the David Pipe yard with both Fullards and Mr Splodge worth noting. The selection bids for his hat-trick after wins at Sedgefield and Leicester and is only four pounds higher in the weights than his last win. He still looks well treated and with confidence on his side he can prove hard to pass. Fullards was a Lingfield winner over hurldes before unseating his rider early on last time out at Southwell over fences. He is a course and distance winner though so he handles the track and has jumped round these fences but confidence just might be at at low. Mr Splodge won two last year and was a winner last time out at Leicester. He is seven pounds higher though as a result which seems harsh and he also lacks a bit of speed which is needed at this track so is best watched. So for the winner we return to Flash Cummins.
