In depth

Verdict

GIOIA DI VITA ran well for a long way on his hurdling debut in a better race at Leicester earlier this month. That will have taught him plenty and he can open his account in this if lasting the extra half-mile. Go Odee Go is now tried in headgear and looking exposed but Wetherby fourth Mr Grey may still be improving while there was plenty to like about Harlestone Times' fourth at Aintree. He was a stayer on the Flat so the longer trip should be in his favour, though soft going would be a concern.
