In depth
Verdict
Four of the 10 runners in this are previous course and distance winners. Of those, Working Class is preferred to Glimpse Of Gold, who has been running in sellers, and Generous Jack, who may now be in the handicapper’s grip. Ravenous was a fair second at Wincanton before facing an impossible task on the Flat. Sid Hoodie is not without a chance but BOLD REASON has come on in leaps and bounds recently and was a shade unlucky in a hot handicap at Ascot last time. If he gets a clear passage here, he should take all the beating.
