Verdict

Jock Wilkinson is bred for fences but had entry at Towcester on Friday evening and, in any case, would be unlikely to have the pace to trouble ESCORT'MEN. A Grade 2 winner over hurdles, Paul Nicholls' six-year-old has been a tad disappointing over fences so far but this looks his easiest task to date. Sublime Talent won over hurdles at Ballinrobe and Ludlow last year and is the one most likely to take advantage should the selection flop again as Alfloramoor is thoroughly exposed and Mike Towey lost his way last season.
