PENNIES AND POUNDS scored in dominant fashion at Bangor in April, though that success came over a far shorter trip than she faces here. She was well beaten when returning to the Welsh venue to contest a 2m7f hurdle but it's interesting that connections have chosen to remain at the longer trip with her and she's given the chance to make amends. Canarbino Girl is 0-16 but has looked better this term and should get involved on recent evidence, especially if the rains stay away. Her penultimate effort when a close second to Pennant Dancer, who has gone on to win again, reads well and she's respected.
