In depth

Verdict

Alonso De Guzman, a winning stayer on the Flat, is likely to need further than this over timber and ran quite well over 2m4f at Fakenham in January. Jonjo O'Neil runs both Storm Survivor, who showed promise on his opening run behind Our Mick at Hereford, and winning point-to-pointer Domos Boy, who will probably need this after a very long absence. Preference is for the former and he should get competitive but this can go to TIMESAWASTIN, who was acquired after a fine run in a Leopardstown bumper and who has run well enough in defeats at Stratford and Southwell to suggest he can take a race of this nature.
