In depth

Verdict

Without a win over timber, LANDOFSMILES came good over fences with an easy victory at Chepstow. There should be more to come over the larger obstacles and he can confirm latest running with third-placed Robin Of Sherwood and go in again. Rosmuc Relay won over a shorter trip at Uttoxeter last month and has been raised 7lb while Scorpion Haze is upped in distance after finishing second over 2m4f at Leicester without looking like winning. Mcnamaras Band and Donnie Brasco have struggled to complete recently but both look on a decent mark if doing so here.
