      Verdict

      Andrew Balding sent out last year’s winner and it’s hard to look beyond his KABRIT this term. He’s been running well enough in better company lately and gets one more chance, despite slight concerns about the ground. Sky Rocket doesn’t look straightforward but made late headway in an apprentices’ race at Goodwood when last seen while Rainbow Jazz left previous form behind when breaking his duck at Lingfield and is only 2lb higher. Sicario is preferred to Banksy's Art of the others. 8.15
