In depth

Verdict

BIG FISH (NAP) was only beaten a neck at Exeter on his debut, despite failing to get a clear run. He can go one better in this granted normal luck in-running. Bob Bob Ricard placed at Ludlow on his debut, though that was last April, while both Genietoile and Southoftheborder debut under Rules having won between the flags in Ireland. Of the newcomers, High Treason’s dam won a bumper while Brave Calvados is a half-brother to the useful Grade 2 winner Saint Calvados.
