In depth

Verdict

JAMESON (NAP) was only third behind Keeper Hill when favourite at Hereford in January but, with hindsight, that wasn’t a bad effort. Locally-owned, he’d only found one too good on his hurdles bow here earlier and deserves another chance. Ballyarthur didn’t do a lot wrong at Uttoxeter last time and seems sure to give another good account, despite a penalty. Kafella went close at Uttoxeter and Wetherby before the turn of the year while With Pleasure and Ramonex have shown some ability. Ballyantics’ dam has produced winning jumpers with all four of her offspring to race and he’s one to watch for the future.
