Verdict

ARCTIC ACTRESS didn't have much to beat in a Fakenham bumper in the spring but she has a nice jumping pedigree and will almost certainly improve for the switch to hurdles. Nicky Henderson's four-year-old gets the vote. Cross The Flags started favourite for a Bangor bumper in May and is another interesting newcomer to hurdles, while Court Gamble and Ten Pinhal have already shown promise over timber. Candelita is another with ability and looks the pick of the remainder.
