        Verdict

        This probably won't take much winning so recent point-to-point winners Beneficial Reform and Mountainous have to be taken into consideration. Taroum hinted at ability on the Flat when with John Oxx and will have been well schooled but this looks a decent opportunity for SOTHISISIT to make a winning start over timber. Jonjo O'Neill's five-year-old pulled too hard when third in a bumper here in October but will hopefully have matured over the winter and he can reverse earlier Worcester running with The Merry Giant, who has been a major disappointment over hurdles so far.
