In depth

Verdict

Ballyhollow and THE GOVANESS were both very decent performers in bumpers last season. The former was third in a Listed contest at Sandown in March but the latter won in that grade at Cheltenham in November last year and was then fourth in a very competitive race at Aintree in April which is likely to produce a host of winners. Fergal O'Brien's five-year-old is just preferred. Ron's Dream has shown her best form on very heavy going so far so connections will be hoping for more rain, though she's still preferred to Miss Probus and Theregoesthetruth.
