Verdict

The veteran Lord Bryan and JONY MAX both won on the same day last month with the former scoring over track and trip having slid down the weights. But the latter beat subsequent winner Al Roc when successful at Plumpton and Christian Williams’ charge has the more scope for further improvement. Gastara has yet to win anywhere but posted a decent effort at Warwick on his chasing debut and is preferred to both Jobesgreen Lad and Joueur Bresilien of the remainder.
