In depth

Verdict

Lermoos Legend has got over his jumping problems and completed a double over 2m on ground with some give here. He's 5lb higher and may find the going a bit lively though some rain appears likely. POINTED AND SHARP, who completed a hat-trick on good ground in 2019, had dropped to a lowly mark and had conditions to suit when narrowly beaten over the track and trip a fortnight ago and can go one better. Hexham winner Trumps Benefit ran poorly at Southwell but Out For Justice completed a double at this level before a fair run in better grade at Worcester. Fact Flow would have a chance on his victory in a higher-class race at Chepstow but has run moderately in subsequent starts.
