In depth

Verdict

Dandy Nicholls has brought a small team of horses down to West Wales from his Yorkshire base and should go home with a winner courtesy of CAPE VALE with both Miss Chamanda and Wotasparkler worth noting. The selection carries top weight and has won twice from his overall twelve outings. He has been winless for sometime now but he caught the eye when second to Red Cape at Catterick last time out and a repeat performance can see him get his head in front. Miss Chamanda is five pounds higher in the weights since winning at Windsor last time out. David Evans has his team of horses in great form at present and another bold bid can be expected. Wotasparkler came good at Warwick on her penultimate outing but failed to follow up at Leicester last time out. Stuart Kittow however did have a well supported winner at Haydock over the weekend so any market support should be noted. Dandy Nicholls has travelled a long way and Cape Vale ought to be good enough to give him a winner.
