Verdict
PILOT SHOW (NAP) overcame a bad mistake two out to make a successful chasing debut at Catterick and can defy a 6lb rise. Airtothethrone got up close home to land a 2m7f Taunton handicap then attempted to make most over shorter at Huntingdon but was soon beaten. He should do better here while Eceparti, who hasn't won since 2019, has gradually dropped to a winnable mark as a consequence. Fakenham winner Bobmahley ran poorly on heavy ground at Uttoxeter so wouldn't want any more rain but The Boat appears to act on anything having won on soft and fast ground.
