Verdict
LEADER OF THE GANG was sent off favourite for a hot handicap at Haydock last month but couldn't go with the leaders when they quickened three out having been prominent until that point. He deserves another chance on an earlier second at Sandown as 3m should suit. Ballyculla has been knocking on the door while there is probably more to come from the twice-raced The Mobb, but both Mister Bricolage and Sandanski have become expensive to follow and Best Boy Barney is likely to find a few of these too good.
