Verdict

Handytalk has tackled better company since winning in this grade at Salisbury last month. Kinglami continues to slip down the weights and is the only previous course winner in the line-up but it might be worth sticking with NIGG BAY (NAP), who held on well in a driving finish at Ayr and has only been raised 3lb – Donagh O’Connor’s claim takes care of the extra. Smokey Lane, now visored, may prove the pick of the remainder ahead of Blaine and Chepstow winner Secondo.
