Verdict

Dantari will ensure there is no hanging about but he may be vulnerable up the long home straight here and it's a long time since he managed to get his head in front where it matters. Faster ground is a worry for supporters of Bangor fourth Kayfton Pete while Numen and Consult return from a break. Brunston, Young Mags and Another Kate have a bit to prove at present while this may be too tough for Small Fly and Mac Beattie but it could be within the range of CAUSEWAY KING. There was talk of Cheltenham after the former Alan King inmate won on his hurdling debut in 2009 but things didn't quite go to plan thereafter. Now with Philip Hobbs, the six-year-old will be all the better for a recent run at Warwick and is potentially much better than the majority of these.
