In depth
Verdict
Sossus Vlei,Ladalko and Jack Fuller look the ones to concentrate on in this moderate affair and the confident vote goes to Sossus Vlei. The gelding from the Peter Winkworth yard was a fair hurdler at his best and he was a pleasing second on his chasing debut behind Non So.He is sure to have learnt from the experience and he will be hard to beat. Jack Fuller Ladalko rates the main danger he was a fair sort in his native France and is from a yard that does well with these types and the market will probably tell the story as to what is expected. Jack Fuller was a a fair third behind Manawanui last time but he will need to improve again to win this. Of the remainder Nowbytheway is a well bred gelding who is worth noting in the market but we are happy to side with the more experienced Sossus Vlei.
