In depth

Verdict

SIGURWANA was disqualified for interference and placed second having passed the post first at Wolverhampton last Tuesday. She looks capable of making amends here if steering a straight course and gets the vote ahead of Madame St Clair. The latter has improved for the step up to 1m4f of late so may find this on the short side. Zaahya finished closer in a maiden handicap last month and could figure along with Cape Joy, who is also unexposed and wasn't beaten far on her handicap bow at Bath recently.
