In depth
Verdict
Master Brew was well held when running in a hunter chase at Fakenham earlier this month and looks best watched, with a safer bet looking to be New Street Express who gets the vote over Prey Bird. The last mentioned has disappointed recently prior to resuming winning ways in a point-to-point last time and, on that evidence, he has to be respected. Alan Hill's Fauntleroy has been running well in points of late and has to be respected back under rules, while Thoutmosis has claims on the pick of his form but is inconsistent. The vote then goes to New Street Express, who comes into this in better form than his rivals and, if he can reproduce point form over the regulation fences, he will take plenty of beating.
