In depth
Verdict
Island Odyssey gets the confidnt vote here with Peppertree and Belanak rating the main dangers. The selection won well last time out when beating Whatzit . That form has since been franked and despite his rise in the weights he is taken to win again under conditions that suit. Peppertree rates the main danger on his latest second behind Rayhani but he has yet to conclusively prove he stays this far and is passed over with this in mind. Belanak is another that could go well but he just gave the impression the handicaper had caught up with him when sixth behind New Guinea last time. Of the remainder Dream Champion is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is more exposed than most and with this in mind for the winner we return to the progressive Island Odyssey.
