In depth

Verdict

STONE OF FOLCA may not have won a race yet but can boast some very smart two-year-old form notably his close-up second to Zebedee in the Group 3 Molecomb Stakes at Goodwood. John Best's colt stands head and shoulders above today's three rivals and this should put him spot on for a tilt at next month's Duke Of York sprint at the Dante meeting. Welsh Inlet looks the one most likely to follow him home as she's rated much higher than Pharoh Jake and it will be a major shock if the newcomer Starbust is good enough.
