Peveril Pride should go well again but keeps finding one too good and it may be worth siding with Strolling Vagabond, Dundridge Native or Gray's Eulogy. The suggestion is Strolling Vagabond. Dundridge Native has been in fine form over hurdles and is thrown in on her form in that sphere so there's every chance that she could turn this into a procession but she tailed off on her sole chase start for previous connections. Gray's Eulogy was still going well when falling at Huntingdon and must be feared if Liam Heard can get a good tune out of him but one look at his recent record is enough to sound a note of caution. The same could be said of Strolling Vagabond and the likes of Venice Road, Tiger Tips Lad and Victree must be considered but the selection has conditions in his favour. He has pulled up twice over hurdles this season but finished third in a similar contest to this in between those outings and the return to chasing could see Strolling Vagabond steal this one.
