Verdict

Knock Boy is often placed but still chasing a first win over fences after 16 attempts and could only finish third of four when favourite off this mark at Plumpton last time. He is fitted with a visor for the first time here, as is Patrick Dee though the latter would need to find massive improvement to figure. TECKTAL looks the obvious choice as he only found Sablazo too good on his chasing bow at Fontwell and has been confined to hurdles since. Maximix was tailed off on his reappearance over timber here last month, while Launde was pulled up on his latest start and Mekong Miss hasn't run for a while.
