Wild Knight has shown winning form in point-to-points recently but has never been a horse to trust implicitly and a safer bet looks to be Thieves'glen, who is preferred to Fear Siuil. The selection was beaten when falling at Worcester over three miles last time and should appreciate the return to shorter today in a weaker contest. Native Daisy could probably do with some more help from the handicapper, while Celtic Star has given little sign of encouragement of late. Autumn Fantasy makes more appeal than Harik of Gary Moore's two runners although a bigger threat is likely to come from Fear Siuil, who is gradually slipping to a fair mark. Thieves'glen is less exposed than most of these though at the age of seven and Hugh Morrison's gelding gets the vote.
