In depth

Verdict

Mossy Glen came from nowhere to snatch second spot in a novice event over this trip at Newton Abbot. She’s only four and that was a big improvement on previous efforts. Realta Dawn led until falling three out at Southwell while Our Rockstar had had wind surgery since making her reappearance at Market Rasen. FRAU GEORGIA was always travelling well when beating a previous winner more than seven lengths at Perth last week and she may well defy her penalty, though Stratford third Memphis Bell does appear to be improving.
