Verdict

Previous winners Hacker Des Places and NASSALAM should fight out the finish of this. The latter gets the nod as he was very impressive on his debut for Gary Moore here last month, even though he had little to beat. Today’s softer surface will suit the former after he failed to land the odds at Wincanton and Harry Cobden takes over the reins but it’s difficult to make a case for any of the others.
