In depth

Verdict

It's easy to pick holes in Delgany Gunner's Folkestone win while Killfinnan Castle disappointed when only third at Lingfield last month, though is only a pound higher than when successful over C&D just over a year ago. Curragh Dancer is probably a shade high in the weights and hunter chaser Orphelin Collonges may also struggle along with maiden Ballyman and the first-time blinkered Kiltimoney. Marigolds Way returns from a long break, but BLESS MY SOUL was only beaten three lengths when second to Havenstone at Hereford last month. Off the same mark, Ron Hodges' lightly-raced eight-year-old can go one better here.
