Verdict

Magical Thomas bids for a fourth course victory having had a pipe-opener at Newton Abbot. Stablemate Test Ride has run on the Flat since second here in March but NYE BEVAN (NAP) will likely be a short price to follow up last week’s victory at Worcester, where he beat Olympic Honour a length-and-a-quarter – the runner-up is no better off at the weights. Global Agreement looks the pick of the remainder.
